• Where can I have the Airstream set up at?
We require legal parking areas and site owner approval. The trailer is 24ft by 8ft with
a clearance of 10ft, so we need adequate space for delivery and set-up. We will require a
site inspection before your event date if we have not been to the location before.

• What type of events do people rent the Airstream for?
Weddings (bride/groom room), tailgating, birthday parties, corporate events, trade shows, etc...

• Will you travel out of the KCMO area?
Yes, please contact us for travel rates to your location.

• How many people can you get in the photo booth at once?
I would say 2-4 is the normal group, we can get up to 8 if everyone squeezes in tight.

• How do you power the Airstream?
We use a (quiet) gas powered generator. We can also plug in to a standard outlet if available.

• Do you rent the photo booth without the Airstream?
Yes, we can setup the photo booth anywhere. We just need roughly a 8ft x 5ft area. It is
setup just like it is in the Airstream and you still have backdrop options. Note: this is what
we offer as a plan B if there is really bad weather.

• Can we ride in the Airstream?
No one is allowed to ride in the Airstream during transport.

• Do you charge a deposit, is it refundable?
We charge a $250 deposit when you sign the contract, it is fully refundable up to 90 days
out from your event. At the 90 day mark it is no longer refundable if you decide to cancel.

• Where can I look and tour the Airstream before booking?
We do several open houses thoughout the year at the venue River Market Event Place located
in the River Market area. We also are at a varitiy of public events throughout the year. Please

• Can you put a custom graphic on the prints from the photobooth?
Yes!

• Can you upload pictures to social media?
Yes, it will require a wifi connection during the event. There might be extra charges if we need
to provide internet connection. We can also allow guest to email or text the images to
themselves as well. Please ask us about these options and we can customize for your event.
